Interview : What are your achievements???

Dear Friends ,

When IO ask to you " what are your achievements "? OR When you fill your PIQ form than in the section of achievements if  you start thinking????  ....than this article is specially for you.

Does this question made you realise that " i haven't achieved anything yet " ?

Really you haven't achieved anything yet????????

Think again...,mmmmmmmmmmm....... Still thinking....... ????????????????

If this question troubles you than my dear friends you really do not know the true meaning of ACHIEVEMENT.

What you have achieved? The answer of this question vary from person to person . Each and Every human being has achieved some thing. I will explain you the true meaning of achievement by an short explanation .

When SACHIN was a small kid and when he starts walking that was an achievement for him. When the first time he hit the ball with his bat , it was an achievement for him , When he start playing cricket with his neighbourhood friends and hit's his first SIX than again it was a achievement for him . When he got selected in district level cricket team than it was a achievement for him , When he got selected in state cricket team  than again it was a achievement for him , When he played first match of RANJEE TROPHY than it was a achievement for him , When he scored first 100 than it was a achievement for him, When he got selected in Indian Cricket team than it was a achievement for him . When he scored first 100 than it was a achievement for him. and than this process carried on and n number's of more achievement.

But where the problem arises. When you start comparing your achievements and success with any body else who is more successful than you at that particular moment.

This is not our mistake. This is the fault of the society. When chintu scored 60% his mother told him that pintu has scored 70% , and when chintu studied hard and scored 70% his mother told him tha sintu has scored 80% , and when chintu studied harder and scored 80% than his mother told him that mintu has scored 90% and the story goes on... Let's just stop thinking in this paradox manner.....

No one can do everything but Everyone can do something... and this something is your's only do not waste the pleasure of your success by comparing it with others.

It's not about SSB interview , it's about your life. You achieve something until and unless you don't compare it with someone else achievement but when you started comparing than you immediately loose your achievement.

You got screened in among hundred's that is also a achievement. If you think that when  you will become next Edison or Newton or Sachin or Fedrer or Wg. Cdr Rakesh Sharma than you will say that i have achieved something than it's a mistake. Do not suffer from INFERIORITY COMPLEX. You are the special and unique one.

When Interviewing Officer ask about your achievement than he just want to know  that what was the difficulty level which you had set in past and how you achieved it? How much efforts did you put and what was your result? This shows how industrious and diligent you are..

Now it doesn't mean that if you scored 60% and you set a level of 61% and said to IO that i have achieved 1%, that is also a achievement but the level of effort you put was very very very low.....

High level of effort you put in something with honesty than you will also get a high result and that is what he is interested to know. For example when you say that sir i became the captain of my university cricket team than it's your achievement.

Analyse your self that what you have achieved after intense amount of hard work , dedication and determination. The answer you will get after this analysis is your true achievement. Whether it's nothing for this world but that is everything for you... So tell IO or anyone with head held high that sir this is my achievement because my hard work and dedication paid it to me.

"The most splendid achievement of all is the constant striving to surpass yourself and to be worthy of your own approval."
