Recommended : Few important tips

Friends there are few suggestions which I want to share with you. If you will follow them then your path in the academy will be little bit easier.

After recommendation you will have 2 or 3 months before you receive Joining Instructions.
  • DO NOT JOIN GYM ( specially Male candidates). Endurance is important and you can easily increase it at your home. Running , Swimming , Push-ups, Sit-ups , Crunches and Pull-ups are to be taken into consideration.you can do these exercises at your home or in some play ground. Morning time is the best time.
  • Those who are willing to join Army specially OTA must increase the repetition of there exercise. 
  • Wake up at 4.30 A.M. and Do not sleep at noon . 
  •  PREPARE YOUR SELF MENTALLY THAT YOU ARE GOING TO BE A SOLDIER AND THAT REQUIRES TRAINING UNDER DIFFICULT SCENARIO.
  • Do not ever give up.
